How easy is it to book a car?

What areas do you cover?

As well as covering all of London’s major airports – including Heathrow, Gatwick, London City, Luton, Stansted and Southend, we cover areas such as Beckenham, Bromley, Orpington, Locksbottom, Hates, Shirley, West Wickam, Croydon, Woodside, Anerley and South Norwood.

Which airports do you service?

What type of vehicles do you use?

Our fleet of vehicles includes executive, saloon, estate, mobility, MPV 5-6 seater vehicles and MPV 7-8 seater vehicles, guaranteeing a comfortable and stylish journey every time you choose us.

How can I pay?

At AAA Minicabs Ltd, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal.

Can I pay in tax?

You can pay your driver at the start of your journey, with payments accepted in GBP.

What if my flight is delayed?

If you book an airport pick-up from AAA, we will monitor your arrival before a driver is dispatched, and as a result, you will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed. If your flight is delayed or cancelled then drivers are not dispatched until we have re-confirmation from you that you still wish to be collected.

What if I miss my flight?

At AAA, we monitor arrivals before we dispatch a driver, but if you have missed your flight, contact us as soon as possible. If you fail to let us know, and our driver has been dispatched, you will incur a ‘no-show’ charge as per our terms and conditions.  If, however, you inform us before our dispatch, we will place your transfer on hold for 24 hours so that you can rebook at no extra charge.

What if my flight is cancelled?

Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will place your transfer on hold for 24 hours so that you can rebook at a later time or date at no extra charge.

Where do I meet my driver?

The meeting point for your airport transfer will be detailed in the booking process, and will be confirmed when you receive your booking confirmation. In general, our meeting point is the Information Desk at Heathrow and the Arrivals Hall at all other airports.

Is your company licensed?

AAA Minicabs Ltd is a fully licensed company, and we are required to abide by the regulations which have been set by the PCO.

Do you operate a fixed-price policy?

We offer fixed rates on the majority of our services, including our airport transfers. Please note that drivers may also charge when they are left waiting or if additional stops are required on the journey.

Is your pricing per car or per person?

We do not provide a shared service. As such, all of our prices are per vehicle, not per person.

Are there any additional costs?

Excluding waiting charges, diversions, extra passengers of additional luggage, the price you are quoted for your trip is the price you will pay.

Do I need to pay in advance?

If you do not want to pay for your trip in advance, you can choose to pay on arrival. However, in certain circumstances, due to the nature of a job or timing, the driver is entitled to ask for payment in advance.

Can I cancel my booking?

If you would like to cancel a booking, please call us on 0208 650 50 50.
Cancelling in advance before the vehicle has been despatched is free of charge. Cancelling on arrival may result in paying the minimum call out fee or payment of full fare depending on the nature of the job.
