If you’ve got little ones…

Gambado Beckenham – The popular indoor play centre Gambado is the perfect place to take the kids when the weather isn’t cooperating! With regular events like Weekday Play and Toddler Time the youngsters will definitely be kept entertained. Gambado also has a special visit from Jo Jingle’s every Monday, the interactive mascot doll encourages children to sing and dance whilst learning new skills.


If you want to exercise…

Venue 28 – The beautiful Grade II listed manor house is easy on the eye and always has lots of classes and events on for all to get involved with, including Lucy Lovick’s dance school, pilates, yoga and karate.

If you want to enjoy good food…

Chai Naasto – Said to be the best Street Food inspired Indian restaurant in the area Chai Naasto started as a labour of love. The owners; three brothers, hoped to share their Nani’s food with the world and they have achieved much more than that. With a menu jammed packed with dishes with exquisite tastes, textures and fragrances and colourful décor which is bound to cheer you up the restaurant located on Fairfield Road in Beckenham is one not to be missed.


If you want to soak up some culture…

Beckenham Palace Mansion –  sees the pop-up Catford Arts Exhibition arrive on Friday 12th April. The free exhibition lasts for three days and is set to showcase the work of around 20 local creatives. The exhibition aims to recognise, celebrate and provide a platform for the brilliant artistic talent that lies in and around London SE6.

If you want to keep the kids entertained…

The Glades’ Shopping Centre – is only a short ride away in Bromley and boasts a substantial number of stores and eateries. Plus, if you take the kids there on the 9th – 11th and 13th April, face painting and fun activities will be happening in their pop-up English country garden.
